About BTCS Group

We think the tool is the last decision, not the first.

Founded in 2019, with twenty-plus years of operations work behind the people doing it, and specialists brought in for the shape of each engagement.

We simplify before we automate.

Most of what gets sold as a technology problem is a people-and-process problem wearing a license fee. The software is rarely the thing that is broken. The thing that is broken is usually a handoff nobody owns, a definition two departments disagree about, or a step that exists because somebody left in 2021 and nobody removed it.

So we design for the people who have to live with the system afterwards, and the tool is whatever serves that best. Sometimes that means a significant build. Sometimes it means deleting four steps and writing down what “done” means.

Automating a process nobody has questioned just makes the wrong thing happen faster, and considerably more expensively.

Discovery, compressed.

By the time a company calls us, they are either frustrated by something specific, or they already know the problem, have a fair idea of the fix, and want it done. What they rarely need is a quarter of interviews to arrive back where they started.

We did not remove discovery. We compressed it. The StreamlinePro workshop spends a day with the people who actually touch the revenue, then works through what came out of it and comes back inside a week with a ranked, costed roadmap.

Then it keeps running. Discovery and delivery move in parallel rather than in sequence, because you learn more from the first fix landing than from the eleventh workshop. What we find while building changes what we build next.

Principal-led. Specialist-deep.

A core operating team plus a deep network of specialists deployed per engagement, so every scope is staffed with the right expertise. The people who map the work are not always the people who build it, and the team is set up so they stay connected through it rather than handing you off.

Our mission.

Built on a single convictionThere is always a better way.

To empower high-performing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for their teams, their customers, and the communities they are a part of.

Through our partnership with Kiva, every engagement reinvests in global entrepreneurs and underserved small businesses, because when businesses thrive, communities rise.

Our culture.

We build great outcomes and great lives at the same time. Our commitment is to create a place where both personal and professional lives can thrive without sacrificing results. We do that through teamwork, clear communication, and high standards.

We believe lasting change is built through small, thoughtful actions repeated consistently. Those actions create momentum inside an organization, and a ripple effect that extends far beyond it.

The ripple effect

When businesses have greater clarity, operate more efficiently and achieve results faster, the impact extends past the organization to the customers and communities they serve. That is why this work matters.

Core values

What we stand for.

These shape our culture and guide day-to-day decisions. They show up in how we communicate, how we handle problems, and how we treat each other.

Think differently

We challenge assumptions, look for simpler paths, and bring well-considered options rather than just answers. The best solution is rarely the obvious one.

Practice resilience

We stay steady through ambiguity, communicate early, and keep progress moving without sacrificing quality. Complexity is expected, and how we navigate it is what sets us apart.

Collaborate with clarity

Accuracy, brevity and clarity in everything we send and say. We solve complex problems faster when information is visible and ownership is clear.

Empower excellence

We encourage people to pursue goals beyond BTCS Group: family, passions, community, other professional pursuits. Fulfilled people do better work. We succeed together by planning ahead, communicating early, and backing each other up so client results stay consistent.

Build lasting impact

We invest in entrepreneurs and small businesses, including through Kiva, because durable impact comes from helping people build skills and stability. We aim to leave every engagement stronger than we found it.
